In case you don't know the answer, we would like to inform you that it's the sole of your foot!
Do you know that walking barefoot on the sand, you are activating muscles to work that are not able when you wear shoes ...
The muscles of your feet need to perform 1,6 to 2,5 times more mechanical work just to walk or even stand, just because of the surface.
So imagine all the benefits of training on the sand surface.
The sand will make it hard on you...cause you have to make more effort to train on the beach to improve your physical condition.
We take advantage of the slight fluctuation in the natural ground that may increase the equilibrium concentration.
We start by performing exercises to warm up all the body muscles by enhancing blood circulation.
According to your age, physical condition, and training experience we execute exercises by standing up or laying down on your mattress or towel.
At the end of our session to bring your body back to normal we stretch out, by taking deep inhalations and exhalations by the Aegean sea.
So last but not least, you send away the stress you may feel, and the negative thoughts you may have, and ground back your body to ...Mother Earth.
