Combine total physical exercise with the wonderful scenery of our island, with the great vegan cuisine the Ikarian people have.
If you want to find out the secrets of the longevity of the 'Blue Zone' Ikaria Island, then you have to attend this activity.
We meet in front of the church at Therma Village at 15.00 in the afternoon.
We walk for a few meters to the specially designed place where you can take cooking lessons.
You will first do all the necessary preparations to start washing, cutting, and cooking your meal. We will provide you with all the necessary cooking information and guides.
We leave back in charge one person from our team in order when you return your food...will be waiting for you.
In the meanwhile, we will take you to your hiking route to walk between the wonderful scenery of Therma's village, explore ancient paths, walk into the forest, visit old made houses, a watermill...and a lagoon that retains water during many months of the year.
Breathe the fresh air, relax, take a lot of pictures, enjoy your walk....and...remember by the time you get back your food will be waiting for you to be served.
All our recipes are for vegetarians, we don't use meat from any kind of animal.
