According to the ferry schedule, we take the mini boat from the port of Fourni to Agios Kirikos port, which is the capital of Ikaria.
The journey lasts about one hour from one island to another.
We will visit the archaeological museum at the capital of Agios Kirikos to learn more about the history of this glorious island.
You will have the chance to see exhibits such as amphorae, ancient tools and coins, vases, and utensils found in excavations, in the surrounding area, and in shipwrecks.
This is a leaving proof that the history of Ikaria and its inhabitants comes back from the Neolithic era (6800-3800 BC) to Roman times.
After this visit, we will go to one of the most popular places on the island.
We will transfer you to one of the most well-known thermal springs of the world, Therma Village, which is the Thermopolis of Ikaria.
You will have the chance to choose which of all the thermal springs you will swim, in ‘Apollon’ or in ‘Spilia’.
There is also the chance of swimming in the swimming pool that nature by itself created, it is the only spring that water sea is combined with the thermal water spring.
You will have the chance to taste the traditional local food, and sweets at Therma, among different and various restaurants and ‘kafeneia’-the local coffee places.
After a day full of experiences, we will transfer you back to Agios Kirikos, and if you wish you can have a walk at the alleys and buy souvenirs and presents for yourself, and your loved ones.
From the port of Agios Kirikos, we will take the ferry to return back to Fourni.
