Combine your holidays on the island .... with a water sport.
If you love the sun and the sea, you are a good swimmer, but if swimming in the sea is not good enough for you and you search for more experiences in water sports then it's your chance to do bodyboarding.
The balance boards were invented by windsurfers, as a way to train on the surface of the sea, so it could help them to remain more time on the boards on the surface of the sea.
It may sound easy, but it's not really.
You need all the help of your body muscles to stay up on the board and...train.
Even by trying to balance your body on the board, your core muscles work so much that you could not believe it.
You have the opportunity to train into the sea, have fun, and enjoy the sun and the Aegean sea.
We start by performing exercises in the seawater to warm up all the body muscles by enhancing blood circulation.
According to your age, physical condition, and training experience we execute exercises also on the surface of the sea.
At the end of our session, to bring your body back to normal, we stretch out on the beach by taking deep inhalations and exhalations by the Aegean sea.
This group is up to 4 people, we provide you with the board at the start of the session.
